Tool Connections
Ask once. It reads every tool you run.
We connect the tools your information sits in, so an answer comes back with its source attached instead of a guess.
Then the tools you work in, so the same assistant updates the record, files the ticket, drafts the reply — rather than telling you to go and do it.

Two kinds of connection
Reading is half of it. Doing is the half people skip.
An assistant that can only read is a better search box. The value arrives when it can also act, under your permissions.
Read — pull the answer, cite the source
Notion, Google Drive, Granola, Gong for what was said and written. HubSpot and Salesforce for live pipeline and account context.
Do — update the record, draft the reply
Linear and Asana to file the ticket or move the task. Gmail and Slack to draft the reply or post the update.
What connects
The stack most teams already have.
We build on what you run. Where there is a genuine gap we will say so rather than adding a subscription.
Every connection runs inside your accounts, under the permissions you already have.
“It answers with the actual number from HubSpot, not something close to it.”

Where we draw the line
What we won’t do.
Connecting everything to everything is easy to sell and expensive to live with.
We won’t copy your data somewhere you cannot revoke.
Connections read from the source under your credentials. If you turn one off, it is off.
We won’t route around your permissions.
Access follows the rules you already have. People see what they were already allowed to see, and nothing becomes visible because it passed through an assistant.
We won’t let it act without a boundary.
Writing to a system is scoped deliberately. Drafting a reply is not the same permission as sending one, and we keep those separate.
Questions
The questions buyers actually ask.
Direct answers for teams deciding whether connections belong on the shortlist.
Which tools do you connect?
Two kinds. The ones your information sits in — Notion, Google Drive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Granola, Gong — so answers come with a source. And the ones your work happens in — Linear, Asana, Gmail, your CRM — so the same assistant can update the record, file the ticket or draft the reply.
Does our data stay ours?
Yes. We build inside your accounts and your permissions. Access follows the rules you already have, so people see what they were already allowed to see. Nothing gets copied somewhere you cannot revoke.
What if a tool has no API?
Then we say so, and we scope around it rather than pretending. Usually there is a system next to it that holds the same information in a reachable form, and the audit finds that.
Can it act without us approving each step?
That is your call, set per connection. Most teams start with reading everywhere and doing in one or two low-risk places, then widen it once they trust the behaviour.
How long does it take?
Reading connections are usually live within days of the audit. Doing connections take longer because the scoping and the permission boundaries matter more than the integration itself.
